Online Payment

All payments on www.pippasmallshop.com are securely processed. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, American Express, and Visa Electron. Pippa Small will ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability, shipping, taxes and duties before completing order transaction. You will only be charged for goods once the item(s) ordered have been despatched. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged for them until we actually ship them to you. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to queries@pippasmall.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.

Measurements and Sizing

Dimensions displayed on the Pippa Small website are noted in inches or centimeters. While we try to ensure that all measurements on our website are accurate, errors may occur as each piece is unique.

Ring sizing is sometimes a challenge to get perfectly right.
A very thick band will feel much tighter than a thin band of the exact same size. When sizing a ring, we make every effort to ensure a perfect fit on the first try. On occasion however, a ring may need to be returned to us for an adjustment.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Pricing

Prices on the website and in the Pippa Small store are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials, and does not mean that we have increased our mark-up.

Sales Tax

Sales tax in Santa Monica is 10.25%, and will be applied to all orders shipped within California.
There is no sales tax charged to orders shipped out of state or internationally. International orders are subject to local duties and taxes, depending on the destination. These fees are beyond the control of Pippa Small, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Information

We offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for customers inside the UK which usually gets your package to you the next working day but can take a couple of days. For outside the UK we use FedEx which will usually arrive 1-2 days after ordering. 

International deliveries are subject to additional fees. We aim to ship within 48 hours, but this is not always possible. We will contact you via the email address you provide, should any shipping delay occur.

All packages require a signature at time of delivery: NO EXCEPTIONS.
Fedex will not deliver to a post office box.
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate ship-to address at the time of order.

International Orders

Shipping charges are provided as an estimate and actual shipping charges are adjusted upon final processing of your orders.
You will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country.
Any duties or taxes incurred on international shipments are not within the control of Pippa Small Inc, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

For international returns, we cannot refund any import fees. It is up to the customer to cover shipping and handling as well as any duties or tariffs incurred.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received. (unworn, undamaged, with original packaging), within 7 days of receipt of order. We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry, but not the shipping charges.

All returns must be fully insured using FedEx or USPS. You will need to provide us with a tracking number in order for us to process your return. You can email this number to us at queries@pippasmall.com.

In order for us to process the return, you must email queries@pippasmall.com to notify us, and request a return shipping authorization. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any shipments that we were not notified about first.
